SNM Solutions (“SNM”, “we”, “us”) is a solar installation company based in Lahore, Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website snmsolutions.pk, contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, or interact with our pages on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), Threads, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile, and how we use and protect it.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you give us – name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, address of the property, and the details of your enquiry (for example your electricity bill or system size) when you fill in a form on our website, message us, or call us.
- Technical data – IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and time spent, collected through cookies and Google Analytics so we can see how the website is used.
- Social media interactions – when you comment on, message, follow or react to our pages on the platforms above, we see the information the platform shows page owners (your public profile name and your message). The platform’s own privacy policy also applies.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a free site survey, and prepare a quotation.
- To carry out the installation, net-metering / net-billing application with LESCO, and after-sales service you have asked for.
- To send you updates about your project. We send marketing messages only if you have asked for them, and you can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or emailing us.
- To understand how our website and social pages perform and to improve them.
3. Our social media and automation tools
We use the official developer platforms of Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), Google (YouTube, Google Business Profile), TikTok and X to publish our own posts and videos and to read statistics for our own pages and channels. These tools act only on SNM Solutions’ own accounts. They do not collect, store or process personal data of our followers or viewers beyond what the platform already shows every page owner, and we never sell or share that data with anyone.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- our own installation and survey team, who need it to do the work;
- LESCO / the relevant distribution company, only when you ask us to file a net-metering or net-billing application on your behalf;
- service providers that run our website, email, analytics and messaging (for example our hosting company, Google, Meta, WhatsApp), who process data only on our instructions;
- authorities, when the law requires it.
5. Cookies
Our website uses cookies for basic functionality and Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.
6. How long we keep your data
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up. Customer and installation records are kept for the life of the system warranty plus the period required by Pakistani tax and company law. You can ask us to delete your data earlier (see section 8).
7. Security
We keep your information on password-protected systems, limit access to staff who need it, and use HTTPS on our website. No online system is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive information (such as CNIC images or bank details) unless we ask for it for your project.
8. Your rights and data deletion
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you messages. To request deletion of your data, send a message with the words “Delete my data” and the phone number or email you used, to:

We will confirm within 7 working days and delete the data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
9. Children
Our services are for property owners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
