How the sizing works
- Your monthly units divided by 30 gives daily units. In Lahore a well-placed system produces about 4 units per kW per day, so daily units divided by 4 is the size you need.
- Under 2026 net billing, exported units earn only about Rs 11, so we round to the size that covers your daytime load rather than oversizing. Read what changed with net billing.
- Hybrid adds a lithium battery so evening load runs on stored solar and essentials stay on through load-shedding. The battery is bought for backup, so the solar payback of around two years excludes it.
